This is a luxurious green silk vintage Valentino Couture blouse with an attached neck tie. This beautiful blouse has sewn in shoulder pads for slight structure that could easily be removed. The sleeve cuffs have fabric covered button closures, and there are hidden green buttons down the center front of the top with a snap at the bottom and top for closure.
Valentino Garavani designed this blouse with a unique element -two elastic strings attached inside at the back that wrap around the waist and hook to inner buttons creating a more fitted waist and a slightly more blousy effect. Late 1990's or early 2000's.
