This blouse features a bracelet dolman sleeve and and a hidden button placket with the exception of one small button at the neckline (see close up photo).
This jacket can also be worn open as a jacket.

NOTES ABOUT FIT
As menioned about this blouse is indeed oversized. Most Dressori blouses and jackets have a maximum bust measurement in the Size 3x of 53-58" whereas this is a generous 61"inches in the bust. There is a an extra 2 inches in the waist and it gets very roomy in the hip and overall drapes beautifully.
